Our client list includes ABC, BBC, CBS, CNN, ESPN, NBC, WTN, Chrysler Corporation, Ford Motor Company, General Motors Corporation, Paramount Pictures, Rockwell International, Ross Roy, The Detroit Medical Center and the University of Michigan.

Since our incorporation, we have acquired and maintained a state of the art production facility. We continually expand and update our inventory of equipment featuring Sony High Definition PMW-EX1 XDCAM EX, HVR-V1U, HDR-FX7, Sony Betacams & other audio and video recording devices and an extensive complement of lighting & sound equipment. Our field production package is designed so that we can travel to any point on the globe and be ready to meet the most demanding production situations without the need for additional equipment or personnel. We also feature an in-house, full HD and Component SD, Non-linear Edit Suite with DVD and Blu-ray authoring abilities.

W. Jackson Wertz, president of The Production People, Ltd. has been in the communications industry since 1968. With a Bachelor of Arts degree from Eastern Michigan University and a Master of Arts degree in Radio Television and Film Production from Purdue University, Jack Wertz's experience includes work as a producer, director, writer in television and radio; manager of corporate communications for a telecommunications company; editor at NBC West Coast and director of communications for New Detroit. Wertz serves on the boards of several volunteer organizations and is a member and past president of the Detroit Producers Association.

Since its founding, The Production People, LTD, and W. Jackson Wertz have won many awards for their productions, including Jack's recognition for "Outstanding Achievement in Directing" presented by the International Television Association.
